Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or perishable items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement product

OR

• A full refund

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
